A. I have a huge passion for my work and feel very privileged to be able to help people gain clarity, understanding, direction and insight into their situations, which then helps them to move forward with a more positive frame of mind. I like to think I help people unfold the creases of life and gain empowerment in the process.

A. My most dominant characteristics are versatility, communication and activity (physical and mental). Work wise I wear several hats so never feel stuck in a rut, I have a deep fear of boredom. I'm a patient listener and find gaining rapport with others comes naturally.I've had to consciously develop a consistency of effort as I know there can be a tendancy to move on to new projects and leave a trail of unfinished tasks.When younger I could tend to be superficial but I feel this has been mitigated by the development of deeper understanding and experience. I have an enquiring mind, I love to learn and stay busy on all levels.

A. I like to visit family and friends and socialise. I regularly visit the theatre to see plays and watch the ballet. Keeping fit is important; I do yoga, swim and walk as part of my routine. To relax I read voraciously, listen to music (everything from classical to heavy metal), I meditate, enjoy sketching and writing. Currently I'm in the process of writing two books, one novel and one non fiction (spiritual / esoteric).

A. My favourite film: ‘Forrest Gump'. This is a deeply moving film of hope and innocence. The main character comes across as being extremely gullible and vulnerable whilst at the same time having high standards and morals, a caring heart and an understanding of human nature.An amazing film with a happy ending, it left me thinking, "there's nothing wrong with chasing the feather".

A. I'm a good listener and can usually take on board two sides of a story, I care about people, I am sensitive, empathic, patient and intuitive, loyal and dependable.

A. I am a reflexology practitioner, Reiki master / teacher / healer, aromatherapy practitioner, E.F.T. practitioner & clinical hypnotherapist, the latter including training in the major aspects of hypnosis, psychotherapy, psychology and counselling. Periodically I run workshops helping people develop their intuition and psychic side of their nature through the use of cards. I run these in the UK, Holland &USA.
